ABOUT JAYMEE
A rabbi, a coach, and a trainer in one room.
I know it's a unusual combination. It took me a while to see that it was one thing and not three.

For twenty years I was a congregational rabbi. I sat with people on the best days of their lives and the worst. I learned what it looks like when someone is quietly coming apart, and what it takes to help them put themselves back together.
I also lift weights and teach boxing. And over time, I noticed something: people say things while they're moving that they would never say sitting still.
So I stopped treating the body as separate from the rest of the person. Fifteen years ago I started wondering what would happen if people moved their bodies before they did the harder inner work, and I've been asking that question ever since, one-on-one, and with whole rooms full of people.
Now I work with people who lost track of themselves a little, with Jewish clergy and professionals who hold everyone but themselves, and with communities who want a Jewish practice they can feel in their muscles the next day. And with plenty of people who don't fit neatly into any category.
Not perfect. Lived in. Like me.

HOW I WORK
I meet people where they are, emotionally and physically, and we build together.
