Our Commitment

Strong and Grounded and Neshama Body and Soul are committed to making our website, www.strongandgrounded.com, welcoming and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Meeting people where they are is the heart of this practice, and that includes how people find us online.

Our Goal

We are actively working to bring our website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, a widely recognized standard for accessible websites. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are always working to improve.

What We're Doing

Our site is built on Wix, and we use its accessibility tools alongside our own reviews. We check the site regularly and make accessibility updates by hand as part of caring for it, including descriptive text for images, clear heading structure, color contrast, and keyboard navigation. As we notice things that could work better for our visitors, we address them. This is continual work, not a one-time fix.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site or certain third-party features, such as embedded scheduling, video, or social media content, may not yet be fully accessible. We are committed to improving these areas over time.

Accessibility in Our Programs

Accessibility matters in the room as much as on the screen. Neshama Body and Soul sessions can be led mat-based or chair-based depending on the mobility of the group, and private sessions are built around the body in front of us, including any injuries or limitations you bring. If you have an access need for a session, a group program, or an event, tell us and we will work with you. For programs hosted at a synagogue, camp, gym, or retreat center, the venue's own accessibility features are set by that host, and we are glad to help you find out what is available.

We'd Love Your Feedback

If you have any trouble using our website, or you have an idea for how we can make it better, please tell us. We want to hear from you and will do our best to help. If there is information on the site you cannot access, we will find another way to get it to you.
