WHAT IT IS
Prayer that moves.
We warm up, we exercise, and woven through are words of liturgy, wisdom from the Torah, and questions worth carrying. The physical work isn't a container for the Jewish content. They are the same motion.
People arrive expecting a workout with a blessing tacked on. What they find is that moving their bodies opens something that sitting in a sanctuary sometimes does not.
Every session can be mat-based or chair-based, so no one in the room is left watching. It's body weight only, which keeps it portable and accessible. I've done this with three-year-olds and I've done it with ninety-three-year-olds.

THE IDEA BEHIND IT
I asked my trainer: if moving helps people open up mentally, what would it do for them spiritually? He said, "Let's try it."
